When will I know if I'm invited to the first round?
Our company after comparing all applications received in response an invitation to tender in the first round interview, normally within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your materials, unless otherwise specified.
 
How the first round take place?
In the first round the candidate is offered a position questioned about previous work experience, studies, interests, etc., while part of the interview will be held in English. Outcome of the interview will be informed normally within 14 calendar days, unless otherwise agreed.
 
What if I succeed, and I will be invited in the second round?
In the second round the candidate meets with their potential supervisor, usually a department manager, this part of the interview is in English. For administrative positions may be ready to test in Excel. It may be that the second round realized through a half-day or one-day assessment center, which is taking place at our company and we testing skills, job readiness and interest in the form of a group interview and practical tasks.
 
When I succeed, when I can start work?
Start date is determined by agreement between the parties, usually we give space to new employees agreed individually with his new boss to be able to prepare well. We expect the initial examination and reference checks in time before the onset.
